Multipack packaging machine: modernization of drives and controls
The packaging machine’s whole drive and control system was replaced. The original functions are still the same, only some changes in visualizing and handling were programmed to make easier the operation.
The damming bars are synchronized to the signal of the machine’s main drive, and ensure the bottles are on the track to arrive at an appropriate position.
The foil feeder - at the end of the machine - is also synchronized to the main drive’s signal and adjusts the foil’s position to arrive in the right time under the bottles.
