Jealousy - which Shakespeare famously called 'the green-eyed monster' - causes us to make life miserable not only for our partners, but also for ourselves.

So what is jealousy, this 'green-eyed monster'? And how can we help our clients or loved ones overcome a jealous obsession? In this video I'll explain why jealousy is a 'misuse of the imagination' that makes a fool of the jealous person, and I share 3 techniques you can use to dispel jealousy.

Please share any of your own tips on this and remember to click 'like' and 'subscribe' for updates on future videos.
