Disclaimer: Andorra and The Vatican are missing. Andorra is due to the fact that is a dual monarchy (where each monarch is called "Copríncep d'Andorra") where one of them is the president of the french republic (so technically is not a genuine monarch) and the other one is the Bishop of La Seu d'Urgell.
On the other hand, the Vatican is a kind of elected head of state which is not based on the traditional blood succession system.
