Hello Friends! Thank you for joining me this week. I'm excited to share this Crystal Energy, Reiki Healing Session, to clear up energy blockages and release the things that no longer serve a purpose in your life. For the next 7 weeks I will release a video for each Major Chakra. I know that I need to do these sessions for myself to clear stagnate energy and refocus on my energy.

Our Root (muladhara) Chakra is related to our earthly existence, our foundation our "Root". Strong roots of a tree are firmly grounded into the earth. Healthy strong roots create a foundation for the tree to grow and flourish and bear fruit.
If our "root" is out of balance we tend to feel unable to connect with others, we can become anti-social. Root chakra is connected to our primal instincts, our protection instincts and we may feel the need for "fight or flight. We can experience depression, anxiety, vanity, narcissism, aggression and indecisiveness. If you are feeling these emotions, you're in the right place. Let this video help you.
