Astro Bot - P.T. Easter Egg?
In the level "Ghouls and Bots" in Astro Bot, you can find a ghost locked behind a gate in what looks to be a bathroom with a mirror. P.T. had a ghost character that was a ghost in a bathroom. And considering that this level also includes the 'Pyramid Head' VIP-Bot, so it can't be coincidental....right?
Astro Bot is a 3D platformer where the player controls the title character, a small robot named Astro Bot, through the use of the DualSense controller. Astro's core moveset is identical to previous entries, maintaining his ability to jump, hover, punch and spin-attack.
P.T. WAS a 2014 psychological horror game developed by Kojima Productions under the pseudonym "7780s Studio" and published by Konami. P.T. served as an interactive teaser for the game Silent Hills, a then-planned installment in the Silent Hill series. After the cancellation of Silent Hills, Konami removed P.T. from the PlayStation Store and made it impossible to reinstall.
It has been 10 years since that demo's inception, and it still is, to this day, a huge phenomenon in the PlayStation community. it would make sense for them to reference it in some form or fashion in Astro Bot.
