To add a video inside text in Premiere Pro, you can follow these steps:
Create a new sequence and import the video clip and the text layer into the project panel.
Drag the video clip to the timeline and place it on the lower track.
Drag the text layer above the video clip to the upper track.
Select the text layer on the timeline and then go to the Effects Control panel.
Click on the "Opacity" option and reduce the opacity to make the text layer transparent.
