And the guest of this first interview is probably one of the first Italian bodybuilders ever.
We're talking about Francesco Conti!
A bodybuilder who, along with other bodybuilders of his time, brought bodybuilding to a country where the word didn't even exist, becoming the first Italian bodybuilder to participate in the NABBA Mr. Universe and founding one of the most important clubs our country has ever had, the Francesco Conti Club!
Let's not forget that Francesco Conti was undoubtedly one of the best bodybuilders of his era, boasting a figure and proportions that, considering the knowledge of the time and considering his injuries, are quite respectable.
Today, thanks to him, we will receive a true testimony of what it meant to practice bodybuilding in such an era, now so distant from us and difficult to imagine.
