Millions of years have passed since the War of the Daleks. Davros has returned and is reprogramming his Daleks so they can be on the winning side for a future battle with their arch nemesis, the Doctor on Earth. The Daleks were enrolled in women’s and gender studies classes at elite universities in North America and the United Kingdom.
