I've been fascinated by Men's Physique for over 10 years, and will be stepping on stage again this month with Cooper. There's much more to it than muscle - it's an art that centers around proportion, symmetry, fluid & natural body movements, that delves into dark psychological issues such as body dysmorphia, eating disorders, masochism, and even illegal drugs. But if we never push it to the extremes, how will we ever know what we can truly handle?
