Solo winter camping out at the bottom of Olostunturi in the heart of Finnish Lapland. Snowshoeing through the forest to the top of the fell to get the best in Lapland views... APART from the wind turbines which I did not like one bit. Expecting the Northern Lights since a clear night was on the cards, but did they come out?

This time round I did attempt some new photography but after getting back to the office I was not happy with the images. Since in the back of my mind I was hoping for some auroras to show during the night I figured a stunningly simple image of the Northern lights from Swedish Lapland, Abisko would be a great photograph for your home.
