Its been a while since I made a full layout. Built this in about a couple of days, and eventually I want to decorate this, especially since I am on winter break now. From what I have seen and heard from playtesting, the level is very first half heavy, so I might end up buffing the second half to see if I can get this list worthy/high legacy. To be verified by @amplitron (maybe).
