Don't abbreviate Party Powder - Improving Payday 3 Heists Volume 15
This has got to be one of the most incomplete feeling heists in the game, and it's a shame too because I know the devs didn't have much choice in that regard. They needed to release something, and this happened to be it. Now that time's passed and more people are available to help though, it's time to give this the polish it really needs.
