Ice on the car... in South Florida. How could this happen without freezing temperatures? 🥶
I've lived in southern Florida for almost 9 years and this has never happened. Condensation on the car solidified into ice despite the air temperature never actually dropping below the freezing point. This can happen when there is no wind and extremely clear skies. Cold dense air from the upper atmosphere can sink down and displace warmer air near the ground, lowering the temperature at the surface just enough for frost to form.
