Hello, friends! Welcome to my lovely remote Russian town again! This is Russia 2022, this is our life in Russia after sanctions. Today I`m going to show you our Volgograd winter - as you can see, it is not a typical Russian winter, there is no snow, no frost here... So, I can say that now there is no Christmas spirit here, and we all have almost no Christmas mood. We are all waiting for the real Russian winter now..
I`m sure that you remember, that Russians celebrate New Year`s Day on the 31st of December, and this is the main holiday of the year here in Russia. We also celebrate Christmas in Russia, but we do this on the 7th of January according to the Orthodox calendar. I like to show you our life in Russia, that is why you can find a lot of videos about our Russian Christmas and New Year`s celebrations on my channel. I`ve been filming all the most interesting events for years for you, so you are welcome to watch my vlogs from Russia filmed last year or several years ago. I do not know what I`ll film this year, because I do not want to tell you only about life in Russia under sanctions and life in Russia after sanctions, but there are no celebrations for adults this year in my Russian town because of the current situation in Russia, there are only Christmas celebrarions and New Year`s celebrations only at schools and in the local kindergartends.
So, let`s go walking in the Russian streets at night and let`s search for some Christmas mood!

But my video is not another Christmas walk in Moscow, it is a Christmas walk in a small remote Russian town.
