Working with Draft Offset tool is shown in this video. Draft Offset tool is part of Draft Workbench and also BIM Workbench. The tool is used to offset 2D geometry such as lines, polylines, wires, arcs, circles or edges. You can select the offset distance by either typing in the offset distance or by clicking in the 3D view.
