Other channels dont give you ideas for top down shots you might need for drawing or tech videos, or products that you might wanna review without showing your face.
There's only 3 types of videos to me; Overhead, POV, and Talking Head. This will get you all three shots.

All you need is these 4 items to start making almost type of Youtube video you want right in your bedroom, and it'll cost you only $70 or less, because you'll use the phone you have right now to film. Im using a old Iphone 12 MINI for this whole video.
This is a budget setup that I am extremely happy with.

Justifications for Each item
Lighting: A ring light will be enough to start. Personally I chose to save up for a cob light instead of buying those cheap softboxes on Amazon. Daylight from a window is free.
Practical Light can be your existing lamp in your room, close your blinds if you need to control your lighting.
Review Shots: Desk Microphone Mount**: This will let you film top down review and drawing videos, and can be used for talking head videos, good for introverts to start who dont want their face in the video
Talking Head Video: Cheap Tripod: Buy if you know you are going to make talking head videos or vlog
*Audio: Lav Microphone:* Buy this if you need to make talking head videos and dont want a microphone arm in the shot like me.
