I basically ignored all bufferfish, because they gave me less dps uptime, while trying to avoid shit, and had a low uptime with one anyway.
Main thing is to help soak hydra shots - and if you get them move further out, so people can stand in front of you.
The rest is like heroic tactics. Dodge tornadoes and whatever comes at you. If you're a shit warrior like me you just completely ignore inks too and let the ranged take care of them.
