Beetroot and apple salad is so delicious!
It's one of those main courses you really don't expect because the combination of these two ingredients isn't that common, but I assure you, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
I love to whet the appetite by using my imagination and creating dishes with interesting textures and delightful combinations.
Pre-cooked beets are incredibly delicious and, in my opinion, one of those ingredients you should always have on hand because, thanks to their flavor and texture, they're incredibly versatile and can be used in so many ways.
In this case, I diced them and then combined them in a bowl with the apples, tuna belly, and spring onions.
What really makes it special, however, is the addition of a very special dressing made with honey, red wine vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.
This mix has an incredible flavor and is perfect for this salad in particular, but also for so many others we want to give a nice burst of flavor to!

► Ingredients for the beet and apple salad:
400 g precooked beets
2 apples
160 g drained tuna belly in oil
1 spring onion
For the dressing
20 g honey
0.5 cups red wine vinegar
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
