In the Sims 4, sneaking out by teens was added with The Sims 4: High School Years. But Sneaking out is triggered randomly when they get a phone call from a friend, inviting them out for an event. To Sneak Out successfully, you'll need this window that opens up from both sides. If you have to Sneak Out from a Second Story, besides having this window, you'll also need these stairs to Sneak Out without being noticed.
