Katerina Parpouna began her musical education at the age of 8, taking private piano lessons and by the age of 15, she was studying at the Music High School of Limassol (2012- 2015). During those years, Katerina undertook saxophone lessons. These lessons were the building blocks to what had become an unstoppable passion and love for music; and specifically, the saxophone.
In 2015, she was accepted in the HKU Utrechts Conservatory in 2015 for ClassicalSaxophone Performance. At the conservatory, Katerina followed numerous masterclasses.
In 2020, she returned to Cyprus where she is currently a music teacher of Saxophone. Katerina regularly improvises and performs at numerous events and venues around the country, both as a soloist and as an ensemble member
