Citizens Virtual Assistant Drive Up
In select locations, customers have the choice of using Citizens Drive Up ITMs. This allows for a live, personalized two-way video/audio interaction with Citizens’ colleague without having to get out of your car. This experience replicates most in-branch banking experiences today while optimizing the convenience factor customers demand today. In the drive-up video, the objective is to show how customers can access their CVA anywhere and anytime to fulfill most of their everyday banking needs. We will be showcasing this video on social media to customer and prospects within a 15-mile radius of our ITM drive up locations.
