Metro Tunnel Project: 2023 in Review
What an incredible 2023 journey! It's such a treat to revisit the Metro Tunnel Project’s milestones beautifully captured in this short video released by Rail Projects Victoria.
Explore the vibrant precision engineering and bold drum lights for the line-wide fixtures, gaze up to the impressive glazed ceiling and steel canopy structure at Parkville Station. Experience the epic crane lift of the sculptural concrete beams for the grand entrance to State Library Station, and the fantastic drone footage revealing the entire 85-meter-long timber structure at Anzac Station.

The design for Melbourne’s five new Metro Tunnel stations is a collaboration between leading international design practices Hassell, Weston Williamson + Partners, in collaboration with #RSHP, as part of the CYP joint venture.
