Delay Repeaters Using Expressions in a Shape layer
This animation was achieved using an expression on the Shape layer Transform Rotation property and the Repeater Transform Rotation property in after effects to cause a delay in animation between the repeaters. Both expressions were tied into sliders to vary their values over time.
