Water is great for our skin, hair and health. Water helps in digestion. I will be drinking one gallon of water that is approximately 3 and a half litres of water everyday for a whole week. Water is so important for, athletes, dancers and human beings in general.
Most people don’t drink enough water. We have a lot of aerated drinks which causes our body harm instead of good. Water helps to flush out all the toxins caused by fast food and fizzy drinks.
If our body is well hydrated we function better. Drinking water improves our sleep, weight and brain function. Hence I have decided to put it to the test. I’m going to drink one gallon of water a day and monitor the results.
