thank you for watching guys, its my first playtrough story mission starfield fifth mission back to vectera. heller survived, but barrett has been captured by the crimson fleet again. i need to find him. before this mission i did the faction side mission so i became the crime organisation crimson fleet member as a rat for information gathering. so it was not need for a gunfight. i had to solve the dialog options without telling anyone, i joined the crimson fleet.
