Over the past two months I've spent a lot of time reflecting on what I like and dislike most about digital media, my favorite hip-hop group has removed a lot of material from their catalog and youtube channel relating to a specific member as well as I've seen Philippe Tremblay, Ubisoft's director of subscriptions talk about how gamers need to get more comfortable not owning games and being okay with subscription services. As we go into a more digital age the less physical and more digital media scares me because at any point in time digital media that you don't fully own can be taken from you, and there is little you can do about it. We see this all the time with sony deleting movies from catalogues in December, and we see it every day through our favorite shows being region-locked, and It has me worried for the future of media enjoyment.

Music is always in my credits towards the end of my videos for anywhere from 1 to 5 seconds usually. Going forward I'm going to try and make unintrusive text on screen when a new song starts playing as well.
