The #Nigerian made #grains #planter.
we got the China made grains planter.
Almost all the parts are made of #plastic
During #planting, some of the parts got broken while some bolts were #losening.
I think the #plastic parts was a deliberate act by the Chinese so we could always come for another planter every #planting #season
At some point we have to be going to #farm with extra #bolts and nuts so as not to be #season
So we thought, why not look for a stronger #planter that will get the job done.
We checked on some welder.
Yes #welder.
Those people that weld iron and steel together
Many of them rejected the work
They don't want to stress their brain
They are used to the doors and other machines they #fabricate
We were almost losing hope when one of the welders gave us another welder contact.
"O hun lo man se ise be"
He is the one that do those kind of work.
We gave the welder that was introduce to us the #sample of the planter to copy for us.
He took it #reluctantly.
We have to keep almost a daily register at his #workshop.
After several painstaking month, we finally get something out.
The guy did a great job.
Now we have a planter that is #durable.
It can plant #maize, #beans, #soyabean etc
