Elite Dangerous: Managing Pips and Capacitor
Discussion of what PIPs are, how they relate to capacitors, and how to manage all that.
By default, the left, right, down, and up arrows on the keyboard can be used to distribute pips. They are also mapped to the D-Pad of a controller.
CORRECTION: Plasma Accelerators do 60% absolute damage (not 50% like I mistakenly stated in the video!), 20% thermal and 20% kinetic.
Thank you for all the great feedback on my last videos. Had a busy past year and a half, and am glad to be back making videos for new pilots! Please bear with me, I know the video is potato quality. I am using a new free video editing software that greatly limits what I can do in video editing stage. If I ever monetize I will consider paying for Adobe Pro again!
