Rate Limited - Super Solo D

20th Century Boy - Tapping Finale
I were also going to include Solo 2D in Victory Solo O, but that section is so damn hard, especially with Procaster running. Maybe I can get it in the future!
The last section was pretty tough, but I got it within 15 minutes today (Tried for about half an hour yesterday)
