The Hart School Instructional Kitchen Adds a Unique Dimension to Its Students
The Kitchen in the Hospitality Management program allows students to experience hands-on learning within the environment of a professional kitchen. It elevates the program and lets students know that the Hart School is serious about their culinary education, that we care about their education when it comes to culinary instruction. The kitchen is used to provide culinary instruction to students, to support event management, to host and highlight guest chefs and to offer unique learning opportunities for high school students looking at a future in hospitality, including those who might be interested in JMU.
