4Th Amendment Violation - Illegal Search & Seizure - Drug Checkpoint Tricks...
The sheriff said : "We're not looking for personal, we're looking for pounds, you know NEO TERRORISM kind of things." After I asked to waive my 4th amendment rights, he said " What's That." I was so blown away, that I actually messed up my response. The I was told that the dog, which was about 50 feet away, has already hit on my vehicle... Three times they told me that lie. The dog was never givine a command to "sniff or search" my vehicle, nor was it taken in a 360 around the van. it walso never barked, sat down, stood up, or high five the officers. I guess it must have given them the "WINK" to signal we had neo terrorism kind of pounds in our cargo. After 5 officers tore my personal effects apart, they found the joint in a cigarette pack as they we're letting us go. They did miss the undisclosed amount we smoked shortly after our encounter, and before my rant on video. My bottom line is, they had me dead to rights on pills... and barely even questioned me about them. so what where they really looking for? I also told them, I had just split with my wife of 11 years, and that this van was now my home... they issued no search warrant at any time. The funniest thing to me was the fact that the fine was $419 - REVOLUTION - vote RON PAUL - And FORMAT THE GOVERNMENT!
