Project Lift-Off Is Back!
NEW DATE: APRIL 15th! Join the strength coaches at Austin Aquatics & Sports Academy for the second Academy Liftoff. This friendly competition was such a huge success that we wanted to host y'all again! The event will take place at AASA's training center, with the goal to challenge athletes both mentally and physically across four different weightlifting and conditioning events.
