Pending Billable Hours in Trivaeo Crossroads
The ability to see a list of all pending work for which your company will be paid is, essentially a more advanced list of WIP. (Work in Progress).
The main difference here is that this list can be used to see ALL items that you will invoice rather than just the jobs that are still “In Progress”
By clicking on this link you will immediately see a full list of every item your company is working on that will generate income.
Here you see we have sorted the list by date with most recent at the top.
You can see that the billable items in this list are mostly orders, timesheets and invoices.
Each item in the list has all of the information you need to hand such as the status (This is where in the process it currently sits), The value, either as a billable hours figure or as an actual cash value, the reference number and the name of the client firm and / or contact.
However, this is Precision by Trivaeo. You wouldn’t expect this to be a normal list. We have business Intelligence built into this as well!
You can see over here on the far right of each line item an icon…
Precision is intelligent enough to know what the next stage of the process is supposed to be for each different item. By mouse-ing over these parts you can see that :
This order with status of assigned and accepted can be “Completed”
This timesheet that has been approved can be “invoiced”
And this new invoice that has already been created can be sent to the client.
All these actions can be completed from this single list if you wish.
Ultimately you can sort all of these billable items by client account
Then you can tick each one here and invoice them all together if you wish
