Hip Arthroscopy Capsulotomy
A description of accessing the hip joint at the time of hip arthroscopy. Especially in the past 5 years, there has been increasing evidence that capsulotomies that are more extensive, such as interportal or T type, need to be closed or plicated (tightened) at the end of the procedure to have an optimal result.
