Real-life ThuLEP number 2: redo case after TURP
This is an interesting case of a patient submitted to TURP previously with obstructive voiding. Apparently the prostatic fossa looks huge, but there is residual apical tissue probably causing the obstruction. The Lisa Laser Hybrid Thulium performs brilliantly in this case.
