First is the feeding part. The feeding method is hydraulic feeder. If it is plastic granule after granulation, you can also choose auto screw feeder. Removing the hydraulic feeder after feeding. The door must be closed and locked.

Starting the main reactor rotation and preheating. The fuel can be diesel, natural gas, heavy oil or pyrolysis oil. At the same time, in order to save fuel consumption, we design to send the syngas generated from the reactor to combustion chamber for burning and utilization.

When the temperature of the main reactor reaches about 100℃ after 2-3h, it begins to produce oil gas. And the high temperature flue gas generated during pyrolysis enters into the jacket layer of the catalytic tower to be heated. The oil gas through the catalytic tower and then enters the vertical tube condenser. The high temperature oil gas is condensed into liquid oil and enters the storage tank for storage, the non-condensable pyrolysis gas enters the water seal and recycled for reactor heating, and the excess pyrolysis gas enters the exhaust chamber for burning out. Close the burners after the reaction. The main reactor and the draft fan still operate normally.

After 7-8h of natural cooling, the slag can be discharged by auto screw discharger and water-cooling discharger. The high temperature flue gas from the catalytic tower mixes the high-temperature flue gas from the main reactor then enter the flue condenser for cooling treatment, and enter into the spray tower for spraying dust removal, then discharged through the chimney to the atmosphere.
