Tata Steel Kolkata 25K has been a beacon for running in eastern India that has sparked a running revolution. The event encapsulates the city’s energy and spirit - encouraging Kolkatans to come together, get involved, feel the pride, celebrate and make a positive change in their community. It is the city’s greatest participative sporting festival that celebrates the People of Kolkata – Aamar Kolkata, Aamar Run!
Flagged off from the iconic Red Road on Sunday, 17th December 2023, the race route is carefully crafted to take in some of the city’s majestic sights, as the runners go past the Raj Bhavan, the Eden Gardens, under the Howrah Railway Bridge over the Hooghly River, Fort William Golf Course and the Victoria Memorial before returning to the Red Road finish line.
