Timing Chain Replacement Torque Specs:
Oil Pump Gear to Oil Pump: 5 Nm or 3 ft. lbs., then turn 90°
Oil Pan Bolts: 12 Nm or 8 ft. lbs.
Chain Guide Pins(lower): 24 Nm or 17 ft. lbs.
Crankshaft Hub Central Bolt: 50 Nm or 36 ft. lbs., then turn 180°
Chain Guide Pin(upper): 35 Nm or 25 ft. lbs.
Camshaft Sprocket Bolt(exhaust): 20 Nm or 14 ft. lbs., then 90°
Camshaft Sprocket Bolt(intake): 20 Nm or 14 ft. lbs., then 180°
Upper Timing Chain Rail: 8 Nm or 6 ft. lbs.
Chain Tensioner: 80 Nm or 59 ft. lbs.
Vibration Damper(harmonic balancer): 28 Nm or 20 ft. lbs.
Friction Wheel: 9Nm or 6 ft. lbs.
Spark Plugs: 23 Nm or 17 ft. lbs.
Valve Cover: 10 Nm or 7 ft. lbs.
Engine Mount to Body: 68 Nm or 50 ft. lbs.
Engine Mount Bracket to Engine: 56 Nm or 41 ft. lbs.
Engine Mount Bracket to Engine Mount(nut): 100 Nm or 73 ft. lbs.
Wheel to Hub: 140 Nm or 103 ft. lbs.
