windows 8 black/blue/blank screen fix
First I would recommend you not to change language settings while installing windows 8
If you have already installed windows 8 and unable to activate it just follow the below instructions.
1)Go to language settings and change input & display language to US or UK
2)First try US to activate windows 8 if it doesn't work try UK
3)If the above tricks did't work for you...try the below tricks
4)Change the time zone to US or UK
5)If all the above tricks didn't work for you then just install windows 8 again without changing
language settings & region settings
6)After activating windows 8 anyways you can change them, so don't change them when installing windows.
