Intro Plays*
PUBG Academy is a new series where we will be going over tips, tricks and strategies that you can use to your advantage in PUBG to become a better player and get more chicken dinners. In this episode we will be going over the key strategies you can utilize which will guarantee you to become a better player in PUBG.

Transition #1 (Communication)

Communication is very important in PUBG, this only impacts you if you play Duo’s or Squads. Communication is very important as it can help you a lot in PUBG. For example let's say you find a AK-47 but you already have one but your friend only has a pistol, you can communicate to them to let them know where it is or if you find someone near you or your friend, you can communicate to them and let them know about it, or if you’re being shot and you see the shooter, you can let your friend know where they are so he can flank them and save you, get what I mean?

For communication it’s not really a good idea to use the in-game chat feature as it’s unreliable and other people can hear you, it’s better to use a program such as Discord or Teamspeak to communicate with your team.

Transition #2 (Gamesense)

Gamesense is one of the harder things to get used to in PUBG and it only comes by experience. Gamesense is of course knowing things about the game and how it’s played, for example if you have good Gamesense you would know where people usually drop on different maps, where people hide, when to shoot someone and when not to, when to flank or rush someone or when to stay back etc. The best way to improve your gamesense is to play the game more and watch pro players play, you can do this by either watching old tournaments that were streamed or by watching live streams such as Shroud.

Transition #3 (Consistency)

Consistency is important in PUBG as you want to be playing your best in every game and don’t want variables out of your control to impact your performance, this goes for many competitive games such as CS:GO also. If you want to become more consistent you need to stay the same of course, don’t change the DPI or sensitivity on your mouse, don’t get a new mouse, instead of using the scroll wheel to switch weapons use the numpad or numbers if you don’t have a numpad. The worst thing you can do is get used to certain settings or way of doing something then figure out you’re doing it wrong and have to change it.

That brings this episode of PUBG Academy to an end, if you learned something new or want to see another episode please feel free to drop a like and a comment below. I also left a transcript of this video in the description below.
