In this video, I build a small starter home in Oasis Springs. This house is small and cheap enough for your sims to pay for the house, the lot & still have some money left over for fun! This house is split level and has plenty of room to have some friends over. I even managed to put in a small desk space with a laptop!
The Sims 4 is rated T for teen. Suitable for children 13 and up. Content may contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, simulated gambling, and/or frequent use of foul language.
