Welcome back to 2nd Monday of 2014 and MLO's weekly leadership vaccination. We made some new year's resolutions and set some goals. Day or two have passed and it turned out not to be easy. We can whine, complain, moan, and be creative in making excuses or shut up and do what needs to be done. Like an adult.
