Thai Basil fried rice | JustEnny's Recipes
I tried this basil / Scent leaves fried rice at a Thai restaurant and it was delicious so I decided to try and recreate it and it came out perfect. Here you go guys another twist to your normal fried rice recipe :)

Ingredients
3 Shallot onions
30g Butter (unsalted)
2 TBS olive oil
1 cup King Prawns
10g Ginger
Spring onions and vegetables
3-4 cloves of Garlic
4 birds eye chilli
2-3 handful of Basil /Scent leaves
2 full TBS Oyster sauce
Drops of Fish sauce
2 TBS dark Soy sauce
Pinch of salt
600g Cooked Jasmin rice
