How to setup integration with Meta Conversion API on Chatbotbuilder AI Shorts
Sometimes I am a data nerd and like to implement some tactics.
Create a custom audience to play around with targeting.
For example, exclude current subscribers from targeting.
With Chatbot Builder 's Meta Pixel (Conversion API) integration now it's a real deal.
Especially, when Meta removed an option creating an audience of bot subscribers (users, who messaged FB page/IG account).
This way we can be very flexible with audiences, custom conversions, and targeting to reach our goals.
Then we can create a Lookalike audience to reach more similar people.
