How to throw a force over.
Throwing a force over is a great way to get extra distance on your disc. You can throw it with any disc as long as it is over stable enough to come out of the right turn at the beginning of the flight. It takes a little practice to get use to the why you throw the shot but with some pratic you can get done. It is a shot you want to learn.
