What a chilling looking Misdreavus from the past! These Paradox Pokemon are so unique and I hope they keep adding more! This shiny Flutter Mane was found using a sparkling power 3 sandwich in Area Zero in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.
This clip is also featuring the weird bug (version 1.1.0) where an encounter power 3 fairy power, during the day, will cause no Pokemon to spawn other than shiny Flutter Mane down in the bottom floor of Area Zero (only in Pokemon Scarlet).
