Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening (PlayStation 2) - Game Review
Even though Devil May Cry 2 was met with mixed reviews, it still sold relatively well, selling 1.7 million units. This warranted another game in the Devil May Cry series. According to the game’s producer, Tsuyoshi Tanaka, the focus was to allow players to wield weapons in new “stylish” ways. Devil May Cry 3 is a prequel that revolves around Dante’s conflict with Vergil. In 2004 the game was released as Devil May Cry 3 Dante’s Awakening.
