How to Make Kettle Corn
Kettle Corn is an amazing treat to make. So often you see this for sale at many fairs, and craft shows. It is insanely easy to make kettle corn at home. When you make Kettle corn at home you can save a ton of money.
I am using a Whirley Pop Popcorn Popper. You can use a regular pot, but be aware it is possible for sugar to burn so be diligent with making this.
You will need cooking oil (I like coconut oil), popcorn salt, and sugar. I like to use a medium-sized pot for this recipe. I like to add about 1/4 cup of cooking oil, to 1/4 cup of popcorn, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
I like to pour my oil into the pot and heat it up, then add in my popcorn, salt, and sugar. Pop the popcorn, and pour it into a bowl, and that is it.
