Configuring iDempiere 2.1 - Create and use Roles in iDempiere
In this video you will learn how to setup and use your own roles to limit user access in iDempiere. Basically you create two tiers of roles. The first tier are "summary" roles which include one to many tiert 2 or "ability" roles. Ability roles are not assigned to users. The just contain the necessary window, process or info accesses.
