What a Moron!
A neighbor of mine (a.k.a. Moron) parked his truck in a small alley behind my apartment building. Blocking anybody who wants to get in or out of our parking lot or at least makes it very difficult to get in or out. What are these people thinking? Most likely they don't think at all. One guy was watching as I tried to get out. Later I found out that it was him who blocked the alley.He did not say anything, did not move the truck, did nothing. I really don't understand what makes these people tick.
